A Keystone Heights Roofing Company That Helps You Take the Next Step Calmly

When wind, rain or a falling limb leaves your roof in question, you need someone to look closely, tell you plainly what happened and lay out what to do first. That is the work we do for homeowners, and we keep it simple and honest.

How We Work When Something Goes Wrong Up Top

We have been in business since 1995, and many of our calls still start the same way. A storm passed through, something looks off, and you want to know how serious it is. Our job is to give you a clear answer and a sensible next step, without pressure to sign anything that day.

A free post-storm inspection starts on the ground and then goes up. We check shingles for creases, lifted edges and missing tabs, look at the flashing around vents and chimneys, and feel for soft spots in the decking. If we can reach the attic, we look there too for stains or damp insulation. Before we leave, we sit down with you, go through the pictures we took and talk through, in everyday words, how each issue affects your home.

From there, the answer is often a repair, sometimes a new roof, and now and then nothing at all. If you decide to file a claim with your insurer, we work directly with your insurance adjuster, handing over our photos and roof measurements so the damage on paper matches the damage on your roof. You will hear from us at each stage, though the coverage decision always belongs to the adjuster.

What You Can Count On From Us

The right order after sudden damage

First we keep more water from getting in, then we document what happened, then we plan the lasting fix. Taking it in that order means you are never rushed into a big decision while the roof is still open to the weather.

Permits pulled, code followed

We are a licensed general contractor. When your project needs a permit, we pull it and build to the Florida Building Code so the work is ready for inspection.

Work we come back for

Our roofing comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed or repaired is not holding up, call us and we will return to look at it.

Clear numbers and room to plan

Your free, no-obligation estimate lists the work line by line, so you can see what each part costs and why. Financing is available if a roof replacement or larger repair does not fit this month's budget.

Where We Work

Keystone Heights is home base. From here our crews travel out to houses in Starke, Middleburg, Palatka, Green Cove Springs, Gainesville, Fleming Island and the towns in between. We handle roof repair, gutters, metal roofing and full replacements, along with storm damage repair after summer thunderstorms or a tropical system leaves its mark.

If your town is not on this list, mention it on the phone and we will tell you right away whether our crews can get out to you.
